Consultant - Business Process Improvement

About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated Consultant specializing in Business Process Improvement to join their team in Bradford . You will work with clients to analyze their current operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs. This hybrid role requires regular engagement with clients on-site, balanced with the flexibility of remote work. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence for businesses within West Yorkshire and beyond, contributing to their long-term success through optimized processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of existing business processes across various client departments.
• Identify opportunities for streamlining operations, implementing automation, and reducing waste.
• Develop and document new, optimized process flows and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with client teams to implement process changes and ensure successful adoption.
• Utilize data analysis to measure the impact of process improvements and identify further opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations to client management in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Consultant or in a similar role focused on process improvement.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, combining remote work with client-site visits in and around Bradford .
