Consultant Psychiatrist, Community Mental Health Lead

Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join the Community Mental Health for West Wiltshire and Devizes (WWKD). The post supports patients across the WWKD catchment and includes leadership responsibilities within the CMHT.

You will deliver direct interventions, lead medical input for patients from Melksham and Trowbridge, and work collaboratively with GPs and other NHS organisations to ensure smooth transitions of care.
