Consultant Sub Agent – Plymouth Civil Construction

Empower Advisory UK, part of the BMD Group, seeks a Consultant Sub Agent for a full-time site-based role in Plymouth. You will manage construction operations, mentor junior engineers, and support the Agent to ensure safety, quality, and programme adherence on a major project.

The role requires a Civil Engineering background with reinforced concrete experience, strong communication, and CDM/safety knowledge. BPSS clearance is required; immediate joining is preferred.
