About the Role

Our client is looking for an innovative and creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join their marketing department based in Cardiff . Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and brand voice.
• Create high-quality, engaging content including written articles, blog posts, social media updates, graphics, and short videos.
• Manage and grow the company's social media profiles (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, conversations, and analytics, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with overall business goals.
• Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to optimize future content creation and distribution strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Manager , with a portfolio showcasing creative work and successful campaigns.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to optimize content for search engines.
• Experience with video creation and editing is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
