About the Role

Our client, a fast-paced digital agency located in the heart of Cardiff , is seeking a talented and versatile Content Creator to join their growing team. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for storytelling and a knack for producing engaging content across multiple platforms, including video, social media, and blog posts. You will be instrumental in developing creative concepts and executing content strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive brand engagement. This hybrid role allows for collaborative teamwork in the office and focused work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging video content for various platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
• Write compelling copy for blog posts, website articles, social media updates, and email newsletters.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality content aligned with marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas and campaign strategies.
• Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to refine content strategy and improve engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio of digital content examples.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for content distribution.
• Creative thinking and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
