About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and strategic Content Marketing Specialist to join their vibrant marketing department in Leeds . This role is integral to developing and executing content strategies that attract, engage, and convert target audiences. You will be responsible for creating compelling, high-quality content across various formats, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, website copy, and email newsletters, all while maintaining brand voice and consistency. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller with a deep understanding of content marketing principles and a passion for driving measurable results through engaging narratives and valuable information.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and target audience needs.
• Write, edit, and proofread engaging and SEO-optimized content for blog posts, articles, website pages, and marketing collateral.
• Create compelling copy for social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital marketing channels.
• Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing content, such as infographics and social media graphics.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and optimize existing content.
• Analyze content performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Marketing Specialist , Copywriter, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published work.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and how to apply them to content creation.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content distribution strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
