Our client is looking for a talented Content Writer to join their communications team in Edinburgh . This role involves crafting clear, engaging, and persuasive content for a variety of platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials. You will be instrumental in developing compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences, enhance brand engagement, and support marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and edit high-quality, engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, press releases, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to produce original, informative, and accurate content.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure content is aligned with brand voice, style, and strategic goals.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase online visibility and organic traffic.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity before publication.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Writer , Copywriter, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published work.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research.
- Ability to adapt writing style to suit different audiences and platforms.
- Strong research skills and the ability to grasp complex topics quickly.
