Contingent Workforce Specialist

About the Role

Our client, a well-respected Recruitment Consultancy based in Norwich, Norfolk , is looking to hire a specialized Contingent Workforce Specialist . This role focuses on managing and optimizing the sourcing and engagement of temporary, contract, and freelance talent for their clients. You will play a key part in ensuring clients have access to flexible workforce solutions that meet their evolving business needs, acting as a central point of contact for all contingent labor requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop expertise in a critical area of modern talent management within the East Anglia region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for contingent workers, including sourcing, vetting, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contract and temporary staffing agencies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations related to contingent labor.
• Monitor and report on key metrics related to the contingent workforce, such as cost, performance, and fill rates.
• Collaborate with client hiring managers to understand their flexible staffing requirements and provide solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, RPO, or a managed service provider environment, with a focus on contingent labor.
• Understanding of contract recruitment processes and compliance requirements.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, agencies, and temporary workers.
