CEVA Logistics in Solihull seeks a site-based Business Process Excellence Engineer to lead continuous improvement initiatives across our automotive operation. You will diagnose processes, design time-and-motion studies, and implement changes with stakeholders to drive measurable gains.

Ideal candidates have LEAN qualifications (Green Belt or higher) and experience delivering CI in logistics or automotive environments, with strong Kaizen leadership and training capability.
