Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Analyse current processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction.
• Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring they are sustainable and measurable.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and training materials for relevant stakeholders.
• Train and mentor team members on continuous improvement techniques and best practices.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and report on the impact of implemented improvements in Belfast .

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in continuous improvement, operations, or process engineering.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma principles (certification is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of driving change across departments.
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems and operational planning.
