Continuous Improvement Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and waste reduction.
• Develop and implement strategies using lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure sustained improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure buy-in.
• Provide training and coaching to employees on continuous improvement tools and techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a continuous improvement or industrial engineering role.
• Strong understanding of lean principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, VSM) and problem-solving tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and simulation software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
