Over the past ten years, we’ve developed and built more than 500MW of battery and hybrid facilities with an extensive pipeline of projects.
Role Description
The Contract Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Cheltenham. We are seeking a Contracts Administrator with a focus on commercial delivery of projects. You will provide a key supportive function for the commercial team in administering, coordinating and negotiating on commercial aspects throughout the lifecycle of major infrastructure BESS projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Contract Administration: Maintain commercial registers, logs (variations, claims, correspondence), and track critical contractual dates, notices, and clause compliance.
- Cost Control & Financials: Track committed costs, actuals, and forecasts. Help prepare project cost/commercial reports against baselines, cash flow forecasts, and cash collection.
- Payments & Invoicing: Assist in preparing progress/milestone claims, assess 3rd-party payment applications, and verify subcontractor/supplier invoices against contract terms.
- Variations & Risk Management: Log and manage contract variations, assist in commercial negotiations, quantify financial risks/recoveries, and monitor regulatory changes.
- Stakeholder Support & Close-Out: Coordinate with internal/external teams, support audits, assist business development/financing, and manage project close-outs and final accounts.
Requirements
- Degree educated preferably in a STEM subject
- Problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and work ethic
- Self-motivated, with exemplary organisational and time management skills
- Ability and willingness to commute to Cheltenham - this role is fully office-based for at least the first year
