Contract Manager - Night Shift (Mobile Role)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to join our growing team.
Location: Mobile role covering 7 Elizabeth Line stations
Hours: 8:00pm - 4:00am (Night Shift)
Team Size: Managing up to 120 staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support cleaning teams across multiple stations
- Ensure train cleaning is completed to the highest standards
- Oversee daily operations, staff performance, attendance, and productivity
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with rail industry standards and company procedures
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure service delivery meets contractual requirements
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Previous experience as a Contract Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar management role
- Cleaning industry experience preferred
- Rail industry experience is advantageous
- PTS (Personal Track Safety) is advantageous, but training can be provided for the right candidate
