The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a multi-site soft facilities management contract across London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FM professional with a strong background in soft services, who enjoys managing multiple sites and is confident leading teams, managing clients and delivering consistently high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the successful delivery of a multi-site soft FM contract across London.

*

Act as the primary point of contact for the client and key stakeholders.

*

Oversee the delivery of cleaning, security, catering, front-of-house and other soft services.

*

Lead and manage operational teams across multiple sites.

*

Manage subcontractors and service partners to ensure high standards of delivery.

*

Monitor performance against KPIs, SLAs and contractual requirements.

*

Conduct regular site visits to ensure service standards and compliance are maintained.

*

Manage contract budgets, expenditure, procurement and financial performance.

*

Review supplier performance and implement corrective action where required.

*

Manage client meetings, performance reviews and regular reporting.

*

Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

*

Manage operational issues and ensure appropriate health & safety and compliance standards are maintained.

*

Support recruitment, training, development and performance management of site teams.

*

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

*

Identify opportunities for additional services and contract growth.

About You

*

Proven experience as a Contract Manager within Soft FM.

*

Strong background in cleaning, security, catering, front-of-house or wider soft services.

*

Experience managing multi-site contracts.

*

Proven experience leading and managing operational teams.

*

Strong client and stakeholder management skills.

*

Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and financial performance.

*

Experience managing subcontractors and suppliers.

*

Strong understanding of service delivery, KPIs and SLAs.

*

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

*

Comfortable travelling between multiple sites across London.

*

A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Salary: £60,000
