About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Manager to join their team in Sheffield . You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of contracts, from drafting and negotiation to monitoring performance and ensuring compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of various commercial contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, and procurement contracts.
- Develop and implement robust contract management processes and policies.
- Monitor contract performance, ensuring adherence to terms and identifying potential risks or non-compliance.
- Liaise with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure contracts align with business objectives.
- Manage contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Maintain a central repository of all contracts and related documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in contract management , commercial law, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of contract law principles and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
