Contract Support Team Lead — Multi-Stream Operations

Arcus FM Limited. is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage a team of contract support staff and helpdesk operatives at the Redditch site.

You will oversee multiple workstreams, drive performance, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet contract requirements.
