Location: Maidstone, Kent
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
About The Role
Are you highly organised, commercially aware, and confident managing contracts from start to finish? We are recruiting on behalf of a successful client based in Maidstone for a proactive and detail-driven Contracts Coordinator to join their team.
This is a varied and fast-paced role that will suit someone who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, maintaining accurate documentation, and building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the day-to-day administration and management of contracts Liaise with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure contractual requirements are met Prepare, review, and maintain contracts, variations, purchase orders, and supporting documentation Monitor contract deadlines, renewals, key dates, and deliverables Ensure contract records and databases are kept accurate and up to date Support the preparation of quotations, tenders, and commercial documentation Raise and process purchase orders and invoices in line with company proceduresWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience in contract coordination, contract administration, commercial administration, or a similar role Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy when handling contractual and financial documentation Confident managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ExcelHow to Apply
