They work in the Commercial, Education, Industrial, Healthcare, Residential, Social Housing and Retail sectors, carrying out new build, refurbishment, fit-out, restoration and maintenance projects, between 50,000 to 5m in value.As a business, they are very client focussed and provide sustainable and value for money projects, delivered through effective planning and communication, and a partnership ethos that builds early trust and integration with their clients.They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager that has a track record working on a range of projects in a number of sectors.
