£110,000 – £140,000 + Package / Benefits
About the Company
Our client is a leading RC frame and groundworks contractor delivering projects valued between £10 million and £30 million across London and the South East.
With a strong order book and several new projects commencing, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager. Previous data centre experience would be highly advantageous.
About the Role
You will oversee multiple RC frame, groundworks and civil engineering projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, profitably and on programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing multiple projects across London and the South East
- Leading Project Managers and site-based teams
- Monitoring programme, quality, safety and commercial performance
- Managing labour, plant, materials and subcontractor resources
- Identifying project risks and implementing corrective measures
- Maintaining relationships with clients, consultants and main contractors
- Supporting pre-construction planning and project mobilisation
- Reporting performance directly to the Company Directors
About the Requirements
- Contracts Manager or experienced Senior Project Manager
- Strong RC frame, groundworks or civil engineering background
- Experience managing multiple projects and site teams
- Data centre experience would be highly desirable
- Strong programme, commercial and operational knowledge
- Excellent leadership and client-facing skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and a full UK driving licence
