Contracts Manager - Responsive Repairs & Voids (Hybrid)

Thorn Baker Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead a high-volume responsive repairs and voids contract in North and East London. You will oversee a multi-trade team, coordinate schedulers, and ensure safe, efficient, right-first-time service delivery for residents.

The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours) with hybrid working. You will manage KPI performance, client reporting, and contract budgets while developing a dedicated operations team.
