Working across commercial and high-end residential sectors, they have built an excellent reputation for quality, technical expertise and long-term client relationships. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to play a key role within the business.

The Role

This is a senior-level appointment for an experienced roofing professional with a strong technical and operational background in flat roofing systems, particularly reinforced bitumen membrane (RBM). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple flat roofing projects from pre-start through to completion. Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and site resources. Liaise directly with clients, main contractors, consultants, architects and manufacturers. Review drawings, specifications and technical details prior to installation. Identify technical and buildability challenges and provide practical solutions. Ensure installations comply with manufacturer specifications and warranty requirements. Coordinate with manufacturer technical representatives and site inspectors where required. Monitor project programmes and proactively manage risks, delays and site issues. Maintain exceptional standards of quality, health & safety and site management. Attend and lead pre-start, progress and client meetings. Manage project variations and support the commercial performance of contracts. Oversee project completion, snagging and handover.
