Contracts Manager (Subsidence)

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager (Subsidence) to work from home and cover the North London area. You will mainly deal with properties affected by subsidence.

The Role

Maintain scheduling of repairs in line with our philosophies and repair strategy Plan and conduct pre-contract meetings Ensure H&S and CDM obligations are met by all parties including carrying out H&S site audits Perform validation of variations in accordance with our procedures to an acceptable standard Manage and report on claims during the repair phase to the required Company standard Record reportable incidents following Company guidelines Identification and vetting of new contractors to support operational continuity Conduct contractor audits, (suitability, competence etc) to the required Company standard Update all relevant information on our database in a timely and accurate manner Monitor effective cost management throughout repair phase, utilising Symbility tool Provide support for engineering, upskilling to the engineering role when required Any other reasonable duties requested by your manager Skills / Qualifications
