Contracts Manager

Contracts Manager, Belfast base Our client provides specialist services across construction, energy and engineering and is seeking a Contracts Manager to join its Belfast team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead contract delivery, installation and service teams, including: Managing projects from planning to completion Preparing job packs, RAMS and safety documentation Co-ordinating drawings, schedules, site visits and quality checks Managing client communication, queries and service standards Overseeing stock, equipment, records, PQQs and accreditations Resolving site issues, quoting variations and keeping works on track Leading contracts teams and safety technicians What we are looking for Construction contracts/project management experience, ideally in building envelope or a related sector Confident managing multiple teams and site activity Strong H&S knowledge and practical IT skills Positive leadership and people management style Full driving license Interviewing ASAP email or call for more info.
