Position: Contracts Manager The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role. Location: Southampton Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE plus benefits Bennett & Game are representing an established commercial and industrial fit-out contractor who are seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team. The company has been operating for over 40 years and delivers turnkey fit-out, refurbishment and space optimisation projects across the UK. Operating as a principal contractor, the business provides a wide range of services including mezzanine floors, commercial fit-outs, storage and racking solutions, partitioning, suspended ceilings, mechanical and electrical works. With an annual turnover of approximately £3.5m to £5.5m and a team of around 18 employees, the company has built a strong reputation and loyal client base, with project values ranging from smaller works through to major schemes approaching £2m. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established SME at an important time for the business. The successful Contracts Manager will oversee multiple projects and take responsibility from the initial client consultation, estimating and proposal stages through to procurement, delivery and completion. The role is available due to a planned retirement and offers a structured handover, providing the opportunity to gain a detailed understanding of the company, its processes and its established client, supplier and subcontractor relationships.
