Key Responsibilities

• Design, program, and commission PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems.
• Develop and optimize algorithms for process control and automation applications.
• Integrate various control system components, including sensors, actuators, and communication networks.
• Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all control systems, including schematics, code, and operational manuals.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing industrial control systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages for PLCs (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text) and HMI development.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and data acquisition techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
