Key Responsibilities
- Design, program, and commission PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems.
- Develop and optimize algorithms for process control and automation applications.
- Integrate various control system components, including sensors, actuators, and communication networks.
- Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all control systems, including schematics, code, and operational manuals.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing industrial control systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages for PLCs (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text) and HMI development.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Familiarity with SCADA systems and data acquisition techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
