The Best Connection are recruiting Conversion Operatives on behalf of our client in Malvern , a leading manufacturer of sustainable packaging products. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with genuine long-term career prospects.

Duties Include:

• Loading and unloading materials onto production machinery
• Monitoring production processes and maintaining quality standards
• Conducting quality checks on finished products
• Accurately recording production data and information
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

Working Hours:

3-week rotational shift pattern (Monday to Friday):

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 22:00
• 22:00 - 06:00

Pay Rates:

• £13.98 per hour
• £20.97 per hour overtime rate after 40 hours worked
