Licensed Conveyancer Plymouth

We are looking for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join an established legal team based in Plymouth .

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified conveyancer looking to take responsibility for their own caseload within a supportive and professional environment.

The role would suit someone with strong residential conveyancing experience who is confident managing matters from initial instruction through to completion while delivering a high standard of client service.

The Role

As a Licensed Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters and provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion

• Acting for clients on sales, purchases and other property transactions

• Reviewing contracts, title documents and property information

• Raising and responding to enquiries

• Reviewing searches and identifying potential issues

• Advising clients on the legal aspects of their transactions

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors

• Preparing and reviewing relevant legal documentation

• Managing exchange and completion processes

• Dealing with post-completion requirements

• Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and within agreed timescales

• Maintaining accurate and compliant client files

• Providing regular updates and maintaining strong client relationships

• Managing your own workload and prioritising competing deadlines

• Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with relevant regulatory xwwtmva requirements

About You

We're looking for an experienced and client-focused Licensed Conveyancer who is comfortable managing their own caseload with a good degree of autonomy.

You should have:

• Licensed Conveyancer qualification or equivalent relevant conveyancing qualification

• Strong experience in residential conveyancing

• Proven ability to manage a caseload from instruction through to completion

• Good technical knowledge of reside
