About the Role

Our client is looking for a meticulous and experienced Conveyancer to manage property transactions for their growing client base in Bradford . You will handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for buyers and sellers. This is a key role within the property law department, offering a chance to work with a diverse range of clients and properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing files from initial instruction to post-completion.
• Conduct necessary legal searches, review title deeds, and draft sale and purchase agreements.
• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory compliance requirements are met throughout the transaction.
• Oversee the exchange of contracts and completion of property sales and purchases.
• Provide clear and timely updates to clients on the progress of their transactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Conveyancer , Solicitor, or Legal Executive specialising in property law.
• Thorough understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using case management software and digital conveyancing platforms.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to handle multiple cases concurrently.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately within deadlines in our Bradford office.
