About the Role
Our client, a well-established law firm in Bradford , is looking for a meticulous and efficient Conveyancer to manage residential property transactions. This role involves overseeing the entire conveyancing process, from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all legal requirements. You will be responsible for handling buy-to-let purchases, leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, and remortgages, providing a high level of service to clients. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly and professional team that prides itself on delivering expert advice and a seamless experience for clients in West Yorkshire . Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
- Conduct all necessary legal searches, enquiries, and reviews of title documents.
- Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and other conveyancing documents.
- Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
- Ensure compliance with Land Registry requirements and relevant regulations.
- Manage completion statements and the release of funds.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Conveyancer , Legal Executive, or Solicitor specialising in property law.
- Strong understanding of the residential property market and conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using case management software and digital conveyancing tools.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all documentation.
- Client-focused approach with strong communication skills.
