Conveyancing Assistant - Property Search (Hybrid,4-Day Week)

eNL is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant (Property Searches) to join its West Midlands team on a four-day, hybrid pattern. This part-time role offers flexible working with 2 days in the office and 2 days at home, providing career development and excellent client service to solicitor clients.

You will process and review property search requests, advise on search requirements, and liaise with authorities and providers using online portals and mapping software.
