An excellent opportunity has arisen for aConveyancing Paralegal to join a well-established and highly regardedresidential property team based inLeamington Spa . This is a fantastic role for a motivated individual looking to build a long-term career within abusy, supportive and high-performing law firm known for its strong local reputation and consistent workflow.

This role offers exposure to a broad range ofresidential conveyancing matters , working alongside experienced solicitors and fee earners in a collaborative environment where progression is actively encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting fee earners with a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and new build matters
• Managing files from instruction through to completion with appropriate supervision
• Drafting contracts, raising enquiries and dealing with replies
• Carrying out searches, land registry applications and SDLT submissions
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties to ensure smooth transactions
• Providing a high level of client care and regular updates

Key Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant
• Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and professional approach with strong attention to detail
• A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in property law
