About the Role

Our client, a well-regarded Merseyside law firm, is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Solicitor to manage their busy property department in Liverpool . This role requires a thorough understanding of property transactions, from initial instruction through to completion. You will be responsible for providing expert advice to a diverse client base, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of residential property sales and purchases. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, highly organised, and committed to delivering exceptional service in all property dealings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including title checks, searches, and investigations.
• Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documentation.
• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
• Ensure compliance with CML Handbook, Land Registry requirements, and relevant legislation.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years' experience in conveyancing .
• Comprehensive knowledge of residential property law and procedures.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of transactions efficiently.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Familiarity with case management systems used in Liverpool firms.
