Care Assistant responsibilities:

Being a Care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person‑focused care.

Duties can include:

• Companionship – ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
• Personal care – supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
• Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
• Accompanying to appointments or shopping.

It is ESSENTIAL be a driver with access to a vehicle insured in your name with Class A Business Insurance.

Formal care experience is not required. Experience is also welcomed.

It is ESSENTIAL to be resident within Salford (non‑Salford postcodes will fall into other Home Instead Office’s territories).

Formal care experience is not required – we provide full training. Your passion for taking care of someone else, being friendly whilst staying professional and your references will show that you are dependable, trust‑worthy and respectful.
