Corporate & M&A Senior Legal Counsel (12-Month FTC)

Taylor Root is assisting an insurance company in recruiting a Senior Legal Counsel on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will report to the Group General Counsel and support a broad range of corporate and commercial matters across the business.

The role involves corporate transactions, M&A activity and strategic projects as required. A qualified solicitor with 5+ PQE is expected, with private practice background and at least 3 years in a law firm.
