The practice is recognised at the high level in the L500 and acts on some of the most significant and complex transactions in the market.You'll work alongside leading Corporate Lawyers on high-value, cross-border and strategically important transactions, advising an impressive mix of domestic and international clients. The work is varied by design, giving you exposure across M&A, private equity, joint ventures, investments, reorganisations and wider corporate advisory matters.What makes this particularly interesting is the combination of Scottish market knowledge with genuinely international deal capability. You'll have the opportunity to work on matters that extend well beyond the Scottish market, while still benefiting from a close-knit and supportive Glasgow team.
