About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Corporate Communications Manager to lead their communications function. This fully remote position allows you to manage and elevate the company's internal and external communications from anywhere in Northern Ireland and beyond. You will be responsible for developing overarching communication strategies, managing corporate messaging, and ensuring seamless information flow to all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies, both internal and external.
• Craft and manage key messaging for executive leadership, ensuring consistency and clarity.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of all corporate communications, including press releases, annual reports, and newsletters.
• Manage relationships with external communication agencies and vendors.
• Monitor public perception and media coverage, providing strategic advice and crisis communication support.
• Lead internal communication initiatives to foster employee engagement and alignment with company values.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in corporate communications or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic communication plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in executive messaging.
• Proficiency in managing multiple communication channels and platforms.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
