This role involves advising clients on a spectrum of complex financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, private equity deals, and corporate restructurings. Key Responsibilities

• Advise on a variety of corporate finance transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and disposals.
• Manage complex private equity and venture capital deals, from due diligence to closing.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize transaction documents, such as share purchase agreements and investment agreements.
• Provide legal counsel on corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and financing arrangements.
• Conduct thorough legal due diligence on target companies and assets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or barrister in England and Wales with a minimum of 6 years' relevant experience.
• Significant experience in corporate finance law , including M&A and private equity.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory requirements, and deal structuring.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage complex transactions and meet demanding deadlines.
• Proven client relationship management capabilities.
