Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a range of corporate finance transactions, including debt and equity capital markets, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex finance agreements and related documentation.
• Conduct legal due diligence for corporate finance transactions.
• Liaise with clients, underwriters, regulatory bodies, and other advisors.
• Manage transaction processes efficiently, ensuring timely completion.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in corporate finance law and market practices.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate finance.
• Demonstrated expertise in capital markets, debt finance, or M&A transactions.
• Strong understanding of financial markets regulation and documentation.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage demanding workloads and complex projects within a hybrid work structure.
