Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and private equity deals.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and shareholder matters.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents, shareholder agreements, and investment agreements.
• Conduct due diligence investigations and provide comprehensive legal analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted legal advisor.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with significant experience in corporate law.
• Proven expertise in advising on M&A transactions, corporate finance, and general corporate advisory.
• Excellent understanding of company law and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet demanding deadlines in a Newcastle -based office.
