Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute a range of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and shareholder matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts and partnership agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence for transactional activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant UK company law and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• A qualified solicitor or barrister with a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience, specializing in corporate law.
• Demonstrated experience in handling significant corporate transactions and advisory work.
• Strong understanding of UK company law, contract law, and M&A processes.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under pressure.
