About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join their prestigious legal team in Belfast . This role offers the opportunity to engage in high-value corporate transactions and provide strategic legal counsel to senior management. You will play a critical role in advising on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Northern Ireland and beyond. We are looking for a candidate who is adept at managing complex legal challenges and contributing to the company's ambitious growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute corporate transactions, including M&A, IPOs, and private equity deals.
• Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Draft and negotiate complex legal documents, shareholder agreements, and financing arrangements.
• Conduct legal due diligence for potential acquisitions and investments.
• Advise on corporate finance, capital markets, and securities law matters.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors.

Requirements

• Admission to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland, or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant corporate law experience gained in a reputable law firm or in-house environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in transactional corporate work and corporate governance.
• In-depth knowledge of UK company law and financial regulations.
• Exceptional analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
