Not in Bermuda. This long-established boutique routinely acts as Bermuda counsel alongside some of the most prestigious law firms in the world, advising on major cross-border corporate transactions. It is looking to add strength in depth and is open to speaking with good corporate lawyers from experienced Associate right through to Counsel. It is an opportunity to work closely with heavyweight Partners, doing complex work that spans mainstream corporate/M&A, investment funds, and even some finance work. Requirements Overseas qualified lawyers must be admitted in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa). A minimum of 3 years’ PQE is required for work permit. The firm is happy to consider applicants at all levels above that, up to and including Counsel. Relevant corporate experience gained with a leading offshore/UK/equivalent commercial firm is essential. Package Market leading low-tax salary, negotiable depending on experience. Benefits and bonus.
