Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a variety of corporate matters including M&A, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
• Draft, negotiate, and review complex commercial agreements and transaction documents.
• Conduct due diligence exercises for corporate transactions with thoroughness and accuracy.
• Provide expert legal counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Manage transactional timelines and coordinate with clients and other stakeholders effectively.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and the growth of the corporate practice.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with significant experience in corporate law , preferably within a reputable law firm.
• Demonstrable experience in advising on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance transactions.
• Strong understanding of company law, contract law, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and drafting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
