About the Role

Our client seeks a dedicated and proactive Corporate Lawyer to join their thriving practice in Coventry . This role offers the chance to engage with a diverse range of corporate clients, advising on complex transactional matters and providing strategic legal counsel. You will play an integral part in supporting mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and general corporate governance. Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide spectrum of corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and private equity deals.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalise corporate agreements, such as share purchase agreements and service contracts.
• Provide expert guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Conduct due diligence investigations for transactions, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of legal services.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated legal solutions for clients' business needs.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a current practising certificate in the UK.
• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.
• Demonstrated experience in handling complex corporate transactions.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills, with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent understanding of UK company law and related regulations.
