Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, board procedures, and shareholder matters.
• Assist in the drafting and negotiation of various corporate agreements, including joint ventures and strategic alliances.
• Ensure compliance with relevant corporate laws and regulatory requirements.
• Support due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate reorganizations.
• Manage the company's legal records and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or barrister with at least 6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.
• Strong understanding of UK company law and corporate governance principles.
• Experience in advising on M&A transactions is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a hybrid work structure in the Nottingham area.
