An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Partner to join a growing regional law firm in the North West. This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of corporate matters while playing a key part in developing the practice, mentoring lawyers and driving future growth.

Description

The Corporate Partner will be:

• Leading on a broad range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, restructures and shareholder matters.
• Playing a key role in the strategic growth and development of the Corporate team.
• Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients across the region.
• Supervising, mentoring and supporting junior lawyers within the team.
• Working closely with colleagues across other practice areas to identify and maximise cross-selling opportunities.

Profile

The Corporate Partner should be:

• A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years' PQE in corporate law.
• Experienced in advising on a broad range of corporate transactions and commercial matters.
• Able to demonstrate a proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Commercially aware with strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Experienced in supervising and developing junior lawyers.
• Ambitious and motivated to contribute to the continued growth of a successful regional practice.
