About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for cultivating and managing corporate partnerships, identifying key target businesses in the Cardiff area.
• Create and deliver compelling proposals for corporate sponsorship, employee fundraising, payroll giving, and cause-related marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate contacts at all levels, ensuring excellent stewardship and engagement.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop tailored communication materials and campaigns for corporate partners.
• Organise and promote corporate fundraising events and activities, encouraging team participation and maximising fundraising potential.
• Monitor the success of corporate partnerships, reporting on key metrics and identifying opportunities for growth and enhancement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate fundraising , business development, or partnership management, ideally within the charity sector.
• Demonstrated ability to secure and manage significant partnerships with businesses of varying sizes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a professional and persuasive approach.
• Strong understanding of the corporate landscape and CSR trends.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple projects effectively.
