About the Role

This role is key to developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with businesses to generate income and support for our client's vital work. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate stakeholders, and developing mutually beneficial collaborations that drive both business value and social impact. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and secure new corporate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing corporate relationships, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
• Develop tailored partnership proposals and pitches that align with corporate CSR objectives.
• Organize and deliver engaging events and activities for corporate partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of partnership commitments.
• Track and report on partnership income, KPIs, and impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate fundraising, business development, or partnership management, ideally within the charity sector .
• Demonstrated success in securing and managing high-value corporate partnerships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote working.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
