About the Role

Our client is seeking an ambitious and relationship-focused Corporate Partnerships Manager to join their team in Stoke-on-Trent . This role is central to building and nurturing strategic partnerships with businesses, leveraging corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, employee engagement, and cause-related marketing to generate significant income and support for our client's mission. You will be responsible for identifying, securing, and developing mutually beneficial relationships that drive impactful outcomes for both the organisation and its corporate partners within the Stoke-on-Trent area.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and approach potential corporate partners aligned with our client's mission and values.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to corporate needs and CSR objectives.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring clear deliverables and expectations.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate contacts at all levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of partnership benefits and employee engagement activities.
