About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Corporate Partnerships Manager to join their fundraising team in Sheffield . This role is key to developing and nurturing strategic relationships with businesses to generate income and support for our charitable cause. You will be responsible for identifying potential corporate partners, developing tailored proposals, and ensuring successful delivery of mutually beneficial partnerships. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and secure new corporate partnerships , including corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes, sponsorships, and employee giving.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate partners, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
• Develop compelling partnership proposals and presentations tailored to corporate needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality partnership benefits and reporting.
• Represent the organisation at corporate networking events and industry functions in Sheffield and surrounding areas.
• Analyse partnership performance and provide regular reports on progress and potential for growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate fundraising , business development, or partnership management, preferably within the charity sector.
• Demonstrated success in securing and managing corporate partnerships and delivering against income targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and business needs.
• Ability to develop creative and effective partnership proposals.
• Proficient in CRM systems and data analysis for reporting.
